Aside from protecting the city from harm, these two branches of government work together on earning Hwarone Imported Goods when the economy is good and the city has a surplus of gold. Here is a quick example of how the military and political arms work together to generate income for the city. To begin any member of either branch speak with Wong (in the middle of the city) and speak of "Hwarone Military", followed by "Fight the War".

At this point Wong will tell you whom we are at War with.

After completion of each war, when 200 or more Hwarone War Kills have been recorded and enough time has passed, ten million coins is added to the city budget.

The city officials have mutually decided that 200 million coins should be the base amount saved before any excess spending on goods. Since Hwarone imported goods cost 100 million coins the city may purchase them once the total budget exceeds 300 million coins. These items can be purchased from the town's bank and tailor in the southwestern corner of the city. For the first time in decades of Deochs, the Hwarone Officials have been able to import two Hwarone Goods (The Training Uniform and Hwarone Blue Dress). 

One other way gold can be added into the city budget is by Council members utilizing a citizen tax for all noes citizens. With that said the maximum rate of 10,000 coins as well as the current state of low population, let alone noes citizens, it is significantly quicker to earn gold via wars as stated in the previous section.

All Hwarone Imported Goods can be traded once purchased.
