Text of the Imperium Realm Charter

Imperium Realm Charter (Enacted)

I, Ramanayan Caesar, Founder and Guild Master of Imperium do hereby enact this charter to maintain peace and order in our guild, Imperium. All members do swear to obey and respect the contents within.

Section I

Council Duties and Conduct

The guild council is the center of the Imperium. The guild councilor is responsible for admitting new members into Imperium. The guild council is made up of every councilor in Imperium. Each councilor is appointed by the guild master. The main jobs of the councilors are to admit new members into Imperium and to maintain order while the guild master is away. Each guild councilor is free to use his or her own judgement when admitting a new member. However each new member must be of at least the 15th insight and not connected to the enemies of Imperium.

Each guild councilor may only exile members whom they have admitted into Imperium themselves. If they were told to admit a member by the guild master that does not count. Should a member whose councilor is no longer in Imperium need to be exiled it falls to the guild master unless he has otherwise noted differently. Guild councilors may not exile other guild councilors without the express permission of the guild master. The only exceptions to this policy are in the cases of extreme emergency such as a councilor going crazy and exiling everyone.

Section II

Laws

In the future Imperium may need to pass more laws in addition to this charter. In such a case the guild master can add or remove any law at will. Guild council and members may write laws for approval by the guild master. New laws will be posted on the Imperium Guild board for all to see. Members are expected to follow laws. The guild master will deal with breaking of laws.

Section III

Meetings

To provide up to date information about Imperium a meeting of members will held each double moon. The date of this meeting is 4th day of each moon at 8:05 Nighttime outside the Tagor Church ((Each Wednesday at 5:05 PM PST)). All members within the lands are required to attend unless they have permission from the guild master to be excused. During a meeting members are expected to take a seat and be respectful as information is told. Members will have the opportunity to ask questions and speak during a meeting. Meetings can last anywhere from 80-240 minutes ((10-30 minutes)) and sometimes longer at important meetings.

Section IV

Guild Chat and Guild Board Usage

All members may use a special tongue to communicate with other guild members at great distances. During use of guild chat members are expected to respectful and not use this chat for personal conversations (I.E love, sex, scandals).

Members may use the guild board to post things relevant in someway to Imperium or useful information for its members. Personal posts are not permitted. The guild master cleans the boards every so often.

Section V

Imperium Destiny

The guild Imperium exists to bring peace and order to Temuair. We will accomplish this goal by whatever means necessary within reasonable limits. Many do oppose our goals and some will try to illegally stop our manifest destiny. If any member finds themselves in trouble with local officials they should call for help from the guild.

Members are expected to support the policy of Imperium when joining. Imperium's goal is to create an empire to bring peace and order to Temuair. Members are expected to support this vision.
