Neo-First Empire

With the departure of Prime Minister Topkyle and the general ending of hostilities with the Mileth government saw the end of the "First Empire". Heiler Arwan, now known as Morfeen, returned to the guild and proposed a new government headed by a Imperial Senate with Morfeen at it's head. Guild leader Ramanayan Caesar would control the guild military. This strange "dual-government" lasted less then a deoch before it did much of anything.

However, with the motley ever growing it was decided during this government that motley status had grown to small for Imperium. Thus in late deoch 24 a new guild - Novus Imperia - was founded.
