Ravee: Alright, so Ramanayan many people have different opinions about how you hold yourself as a person. Some claim that you are a brute, an unintelligent peasant while others hold you in high esteem. How can you respond to such criticism?

Ramanayan: Well everyone has their own opinions about me – some of the more negative comments attached to my name I suspect are the result of some continually spreading exaggerated tales and sometimes out right lies. However, as someone who was very active in politics I've made my fair share of enemies. Some simply do not like the way I would go about conducting myself in politics and while others simply had vastly different political ideologies.

Ravee: Ah.

Ravee: Well, when this question comes to mind to many, including myself. Kakarott, another political giant is thought of. How do you feel about this man? Respect? Hatred?

Ramanayan: Kakarott and myself have very different political stances. He has done some good things and I respect his political accomplishments. However, as a person I find he is a bully and a jerk. From what I have seen he does not treat many others with respect and obviously didn't learn the lesson - "if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all".

Ravee: Do you believe that most of his "anger" or "disrespect" is targeted towards you?

Ramanayan: Well I've seen it targeted towards some others as well but the mere sight of my name to him seems to put all his anger towards me. In reality - we see very little of each other and interact even less which makes his actions very questionable to me.

Ravee: Besides Kakarott, as a person, do you believe he is a good political role model?

Ramanayan: No.

Ravee: Hm, interesting. As you may know, or not know. Kakarott is now up for the Knight candidancy. Could you tell me any objections you may have to him possibly becoming a knight?

Ramanayan: Well - from what I understand knights are suppose to resolve problems. From his behavior that I have seen and heard I don't think he would make a very good
knight. However, it will get him out of Mileth politics if he is selected so in that respect I hope he is selected.

Ravee: His wife, Reyakeely. About her, do you hold respect, if any for her and then her political career?

Ramanayan: Reyakeely from what I have seen over the deochs is a good law enforcement officer. She has put more time into dealing with Mileth's many problems then anyone else I have seen in a long time. As a person I hold her in very high respects.

Ravee: You have also been accused of trying to "rewrite" and change Temuairian history. How do you respond to such accusations? Or a claim, if one can say so.

Ramanayan: Yes - I've heard this one every now and then but no one ever seems ever bother to provide a specific example Quite simply put I do not "rewrite" history.

Ramanayan: If you know of a specific example then perhaps I could give a more detailed response.

Ravee: I just know of the questions and rumors surrounding someone like you. I actually do not know the full situation that concerns this.

Ramanayan: ((OOC)) Many have often objected to the events hosted by my guild because, according to them, it goes against "established" history - despite the fact that recent mundane influenced happenings directly support whatever event we are planning.

Ramanayan: Case in point - during an event some years we organized an army for Loures to attack the goblins in pravat. Some objected to this because it "violated the Dark Ages storyline that the goblins are allied with Loures" despite the fact that just a week earlier the goblin war had begun and a Loures general was leading the battle! Overall, I find that "established history" to these people means anything before Deoch 15 or so regardless of any recent event.

Ravee: There has been a misunderstanding between a few parties I can see.

Ravee: To wrap things up, would you like to clarify anything else that people may have mixed opinions about?

Ramanayan: I'd simply say to everyone to judge things for themselves and don't believe everything you hear or read from others. If you hear rumors about someone go to the source and find out if it’s true.

Ravee: Well, Ramanayan. I am glad this interview went smoothly with little or no trouble. Is it alright with you if this is interview is open for the public?

Ramanayan: Thank you for having me. Of course.

Ravee: Alright, if anyone else has anymore questions in the future. I will have them organized and request you for, yet, another interview.

Ramanayan: Thanks.

Ravee: I greatly appreciate the time you've taken to do this.
