Deochs 39 - 43

In late Deoch 39 Lord Gnaeus Ramanayan Caesar returned to Temuair and resumed active leadership of the guild. While things had remained stable under Tenebres many had begun to object to her policies within the guild. In the end she left the guild shortly after Ramanayan returned. Neglect had caused the guild's political power to decline so rapidly within two deochs that is was clear the "Golden Age" was over.

The old ministry government was disbanded in favor of a new system. At the head of the new government sat two consuls who shared equal powers, a pair of censors who handled admissions, the two praetors dealt with matters of law, aediles planned guild events, and the quaestors managed the guild treasury. A Pontifex Maximus handled spiritual matters.

This period in time was overall prosperous for the guild and saw the hosting of the Raiders of Undine epic event, the most highly attended Novus Imperia hosted event ever, among several other smaller events.
