Mileth Crypt Exploration: Epic Event for Aislings

Long, long ago there was a great war between the gods of Danaan and Chadul. The villages and towns of Temuair sent thousands of men to assist in fighting of the evil. Among these places was the village of Finach which we now call Mileth. Hundreds of young soldiers died during this great war later to become known as the "Shadows War". So a place was built to lay the dead to rest. Across the river Mileth mundanes labored to create a Crypt to bury the fallen soldiers. Eventually the entrance became buried over time and it was almost forgotten until it was unearthed a pair of adventurers entered in the winter of the 1st Deoch.

...they began to draw closer to the bottom. Such bizarre creatures dwelled, Succubus, beautiful evil ladies. Possibly mutated faes as some guess. Wraiths, wearing Chthonic Disciple garbs, wielding Scythes and powerful magics and finally... the Dragon!!

They approached the Dragon, 'twas alone, sleeping. Warrior approached, priest ready to heal and protect him. The warrior was clad in Hy-Brasyl armor, wielding a truly gigantic battle axe.

He approached the Dragon, and attempted to taunt it by hitting it in the chest. The dragon merely opened one eye. Furious was the dragon now, attempting to slice up the Warrior. The warrior amazingly managed to hold off the dragons attacks for a certain period of time, and finally managing to slice the terrible beasts head off in one great swipe!

They kept the head as their trophy, coming back to the ground level of Mileth. They were both proud and exhausted from their adventure. Then, suddenly, two levels of the crypt erupted from the ground, knocking the warrior down, and dropping the dragons head on to the floor. 'Twas impaled on a piece of stone, which became the top of the erupted crypt entrance

The Mileth Crypts are well known today and are often the first hunting locals that young aislings enter. But beyond where the succubus's live little is known as few aislings dare attempt to reach the bottom of the crypt at the 31st depth were it is even rumored that the headless dragon remains encased in stone.

The guild Novus Imperia and Ramanayan's monster lore class will be hosting an adventure to reach the bottom of the Crypt and see the headless dragon. We will need as many hands as possible to fight of the terrifying monsters.

Participants shall meet in the History Classroom of Mileth College, which is just south of Glicoa's shrine in Mileth way. After assembling we shall go of to the Mileth Crypt were we shall descend all the floors until we reach the headless dragon. Along the way Ramanayan will point out certain monsters and items to increase everyone's knowledge of the crypt.

"Mileth Crypt Exploration", begins ((Wednesday July 3rd 2002 at 6:00 PM PST)) in Mileth College, history classroom. The event shall probably last for about 1/3 of a Temurian day. ((1 real life hour)). You will need several things for this epic adventure. You must be of at least the 15th insight and bring 3 potions known as reds. We will do our best to keep you safe while in the Crypt but we cannot guarantee it. During the battle the all participants will be grouped and should stay together as we will be going into the deepest part of the Crypt. And remember: LISTIN and FOLLOW directions given.

Completion of the Mileth Crypt Exploration will result in items given out to participants related to the crypt, although the real reward is seeing the headless dragon.
