Astrid Salvation
Piercing the night, shouts and screams,followed by sounds obscene. Never sleep, for fear of the summoner's dream. Late at night, under a moon of red. Children, women, and young boys taken Dark nights, throw all into a shudder, Undying Undine. Where are your children?
For Deochs the peaceful village of Undine has been raided and children stolen by the Goblins. Each spring begins the new years ritual known as the Caroun in which many children are sacrificed to the Goblin god Aprina. The first rays of spring are spreading throughout Temuair. Unless help arrives in Astrid soon many children will die. The guild Novus Imperia and Ramanayan's Monster Lore class will be hosting an event to go and rescue children from Astrid. With the spring ritual at hand we need as many hands to help to get out as many children as possible. Participants shall meet in the History Classroom of Mileth College, which is just south of Glicoa's shrine in Mileth way. The group will then make its way to the Undine Tavern where a recognized aisling will teach the secrets of the Goblins to allow us to find the children. Finally the group will enter the deepest portions of Astrid itself and rescue children from the Goblins. After we rescue as many as possible we will return to Undine Tavern to free the children and collect the reward from the citizens of Undine. "Astrid Salvation", begins ((Friday May 31st 2002 at 6:00 PM PST)) in Mileth College, history classroom. The event shall probably last for about 1/3 of a Temurian day. ((1 real life hour)). You will need several things for this epic adventure. You must be of at least the 15th insight and bring 3 potions known as reds. We will do our best to keep you safe while in Astrid but we cannot guarantee it. During the Salvation the all participants will be grouped and should stay together as we will going into the deepest parts of Astrid. Completion of the Astrid Salvation and rescuing a child will grant experience rewards at Undine tavern. |
